How long does a tuning appointment usually last?
A typical piano tuning takes approximately 2 hours.
What is your general availability?
Appointments are only available Friday and Saturday. Please book appointments 1 to 2 weeks before desired date and time. *A $50 late fee will be charged to the client when I arrive on time for a scheduled appointment, but am unable to begin promptly with the tuning due to client's tardiness. This affects my subsequent appointments. There will be $150 cancelation fee to the client if cancelation is made the day the scheduled appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the completion of services. Feel free to pay with cash, check, or business invoice.
Can we contract scheduled piano tunings for our church, school, business, and/or care facilities:
Yes. Upon such an agreement, payment may be mailed within 30 days.
Are you a licensed and insured professional?
Yes. We are fully covered and we are certified piano tuning specialists.
